“My heat went off at my home when I was away. The temps were hovering around freezing. I've been trying to find a plumber in the area, but really never needed one until now. I called Traditional and Jeff was terrific. It was a weekend, the temp was below 30 and I was concerned about freezing pipes. Jeff addressed what he could and by Monday morning, the heat was back on. I waited more than a year to write this review. Jeff was professional, he was correct in his diagnosis and repair. Excellent service and spot on understanding of what needed to be repaired. They discovered that the freon had leaked out of the secondary system. They checked with the manufacturer to see if the unit was still under warranty.
