I work with Pat mainly in the mornings, he’s one of the most knowledgeable wellness practitioner's I’ve ever met. His attention to detail ensures I can’t slack off during my workout which is what I need. He keeps me accountable, even when I’m traveling, he makes sure I’m getting my workout in. Timmy is phenomenal as well, I just don’t get as much time with him as our schedules conflict. Tamir is the go-to for nutrition, his strict, direct guidance has helped me lose those stubborn lbs, when nothing else worked. Overall UTG is the best. I’m thankful for the people, the program and the community it fosters. I would recommend to anyone.“

We’ve seen big improvements in his focus at, confidence, and listening skills — his teacher even mentioned it! While he still gets distracted at home sometimes (as kids do ?)
