I ordered a Citizen Men's Military Watch Commemorative Box Set BM8570-09E with an engraving request late afternoon of 13 June. I received an initial email about 1 hour later. 4 orher emails detailing the status were received as the process progressed. The watch arrived 15 June. The engraving was as requested. Shipping? Crazy fast. I am very thankful for their superior customer service.

Dr. Fenelle is truly amazing! It's hard to believe I've been seeing him for 20 years now, and I trust him completely. He has adjusted me throughout my pregnancy, cared for my son starting at just a month old, and even helped my mom regain mobility after severe sciatic pain. I had one bad experience at the salon and the manager Lisa handled it extremely professionally. I could not have asked for a better person to handle the situation, she made me feel heard and fixed the situation immediately. Val did my blowout a couple days later and when I tell you my hair looked amazing even after a 4 hour accidental nap. It is day 3 and my hair still looks flawless. I am so happy i went back.

I met Dr Lama for the first time today and I can’t express in words how amazing him and his staff are. Since the moment I walked in until the minute I left. Besides being very thorough, caring and professional, his sense of humor and charisma make you feel at ease and confident you’re in best hands.
The place is immaculate, everywhere you go. Even though visits for glaucoma suspects usually take long time, today it took me less than expected and it flew by so fast that I was surprised when I realized I was all set.
