I had a great experience at Meineke. Special thanks to Mik for the excellent customer service, professionalism, and friendly attitude. He was very helpful and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The store was well-maintained, and the service was great overall. Highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Mik!
I dropped off a car to them that was purchased through third party and they worked very thoroughly to find the appropriate issue to tell insurance. They worked closely & patiently with me to try to obtain an approval. The work on the car was done well and returned to me quickly. Very much appreciated & would return.
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! The staff was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Communication was constant throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way. The work was done quickly, and the waiting room was spotless, comfortable, and impressive. On top of all that, their prices are unbeatable by far! It’s hard to find an auto shop that delivers this level of customer service, quality work, and affordability all in one place.
I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable service. I will definitely be coming back!
