He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous which we appreciated greatly. We attended all of the group puppy classes at larger pet stores and did not see the behavior changes we were looking for until we started sessions with Pat. We loved that he allowed us to bring in other family members who also spend a lot of time with our dog so they could be trained on how to appropriately handle him too. Lynne is very professional and makes everyone comfortable. I highly recommend anyone with a new puppy go to this class even if you are a seasoned dog owner like me. It is a great reminder and helpful tool.“
