“Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. Thankfully there was Jerry to the rescue. He was quickly able to track down the part we needed and brought it to us so in the end our bathroom was fixed the same day. Thanks for going the extra mile. We are so happy to be able to fully utilize our tub again.“

We had a long list: kit. faucet replacement, shower/tub valve & fixtures install with tile patch, replace incorrect pvc-pipes, replace copper piping and install rough-in tub/shower valve. Our technician was Bill C., he reviewed the areas/items to be worked on & related the price (Ouch!) then got right to work! It was non-stop solving problem after problem and leaving every area looking like a photo ad at the end of a long day! We were totally grateful for the pride, professionalism & hustle Bill showed in his work. He passed on helpful info on maintenance and even gave some good advice on managing the anxiety-prone dog (we were sitting) when workers have to come in and out! “My furnace broke. Cold nights were coming. I called several places to come over. Most said sure I can be there in a few days. Most places said I am not sure that I will be able to fix it that same day. Green Apple said, I can be there today.. Green Apple said, my guy will fix it and if he cannot fix it the same day, you will be my priority customer and if a part is needed I will get it quickly and come right back. Green Apple came, they diagnosed my problem and the tech let me watch him the whole time. I got complete transparency and he had the parts on his truck.
