“I called this company on a Monday evening around 8pm and I was greeted by the owner. Once I discussed my issue with my furnace/holding tank he literally said he could be at my house in 5 min if the problem persists. Thank God it stopped.He came by the next morning and discovered the culprit right away. He repaired it right away and recommended additional preventative maintenance. We scheduled that as well. All work was done in a timely fashion. He also took time to explain everything in layman’s terms. We had a laundry list of things we had to do - replace a kitchen sink, sewer pipe repair, replace a bunch of piping in the kitchen/bathroom, replacing the spigots outside, install a reverse osmosis machine, and a bunch of other things. Mike came by, was extremely kind and respectful, gave me a very fair quote, scheduled me soon after, came right on time, did the work with his team, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. “We highly recommend Steven at Mainstream Plumbing & Heating. Our first experience with Mainstream Plumbing & Heating was in 2020 during Covid when we lost hot water in our house. Our previous plumber went out of business and luckily Steven was available. He diagnosed the issue and explained that we needed a new water heater. Even though supply was tight, he was able to find a new Rheem water heater and install it quickly. We previously bought a warranty extension kit for our old water heater and even though previous plumber installed it, Steven promised to file claim with manufacturer to reclaim money for us. We were pleasantly surprised that Steven contacted us a few months later to give us the warranty money that he recovered. We are extremely grateful for his honesty and integrity! Throughout the years he has fixed the toilet flush valves in 2 of our bathrooms, fixed clogged bathroom sink and replaced the drain and replaced a leaking shower fixture. Most recently he troubleshooted the loss of water pressure in our kitchen and discovered that the shut off valves had failed and discharged debris towards the faucet causing a blockage issue. Steven's work is impeccable and he is always prompt, clean and utilizes the best materials. He explains the problem clearly and provides fair estimates given his expertise and quality of work. We highly recommend Steven and look forward to continue working with him for all our plumbing needs!“

“We cannot praise AJ Perri enough for the sewer line service they provided us today,on a Sunday morning, truly helpful in every way…at 10PM last night we realized we had a sewer blockage, which has happened frequently over the years. Not only was I able to easily speak with a helpful,representative, but I was able to set up a confirmed appointment,, for this morning, which I had not been been able to do with other plumbers that I tried to reach. The technician who serviced our sewer, Byron Soto, was exceptional in every way. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful, he took his time, repeatedly running the machine to make sure that the lines were clear. And he scheduled a folllow-up visit in 2 weeks, to check to see if there will be any quick buildup. All of this was included in the special $93 rate, no hidden costs or attempts to convince us to have some sort of service “ contract”. We now have a new , reliable source for plumbing issues.“

“Ray came by as promised and on time even in the snow. He ran a camera through our sewer pipe to diagnose the problem Roto-rooter said would cost us $20k and showed us nothing was wrong. So in moments saved us 20K. He also told us we didn’t need to have our pipe cleaned out every year, which Roto-Rooter said we did. Also saving us $500 a year. They showed up when they said they would. Tom was very friendly and did an amazing job setting it up. He showed me the job after it was done and explained how the system works. “I had a situation where for a number if years I was relying on a friend of a family member to give my boiler an annual inspection. Unfortunately nothing was actually being checked. Recently, I noticed that one of the zones was not delivering heat and there was some leaking of water in the utility room. Many years ago my mom had work done by Martin Masters - I remember it because I saw the yellow tags that had been hung on replaced valves with his name. I gave them a call and Martin came to assess the situation. It was the best call I could have made. The problem was quickly diagnosed and an estimate provided. When the repair was being effected, it turned out that there were some serious hidden issues in the system. Even with the additional issues, the repair to the entire system was done quickly and the boiler again delivered robust heat to every zone. Martin Masters is a company (and person!) that you can trust completely. They have been around for forever and the work they do is stellar. Anyone can Google how to fix something - Martin has decades of intimate understanding of heating systems and plumbing. That kind of knowledge and expertise is rare in today's world.
