I called this company on a Monday evening around 8pm and I was greeted by the owner. Once I discussed my issue with my furnace/holding tank he literally said he could be at my house in 5 min if the problem persists. Thank God it stopped.He came by the next morning and discovered the culprit right away. He repaired it right away and recommended additional preventative maintenance. We scheduled that as well. All work was done in a timely fashion. He also took time to explain everything in layman’s terms. His pricing is fair, he’s punctual and he’s extremely knowledgeable.Thank you for giving peace of mind Dave.
Mark is a master craftsman who takes pride in every aspect of his work. He has renovated two kitchens, installed windows and doors, done trim work and replaced a roof for us. Mark has extensive knowledge, and patiently guides you through the process of planning and selecting the elements of your project. He ensures the integrity of each project by evaluating every aspect of the installation and fortifying the infrastructure where needed. He sets a very high standard for the quality of his work and it shows. Not only is his finished product well done, it is flawless and aesthetically beautiful. Mark ends each day with an update of the work he has completed and what he will do next. He leaves the worksite clean and well organized. If you have questions after the completion of the project he is responsive and stands solidly behind his work. He has a professional and kind demeanor which is greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend John Soares enough. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Before working with John, taking our dog, Dylan, for a walk was a nightmare for me. He would go berserk and pull on his leash whenever we came across people and other dogs. Since he is so strong, he caused me to fall on two occasions. John is an exceptional dog trainer who has transformed our energetic rescue dog into a well behaved companion. His clear instructions and positive reinforcement methods made training enjoyable for both us and Dylan, leading to noticeable improvements in Dylan’s behavior. Now taking Dylan for walks is a pleasant experience. John’s gentle manner, love of dogs and affinity towards them really makes him an ideal trainer. John possesses a deep understanding of canine behavior and training methods. He is patient, observant, empathic, and skilled at communication with both dogs and their human owners. As a professional certified trainer and AKC Evaluator, I see many dog handlers and professional walkers. Most of them I almost can't watch as they pay no attention to their pack. These ladies are proper handlers, love dogs and are super conscientious. The only reason I would consider offering board and train is because I will trust these ladies to properly keep the dogs while they are in a board & train two-week protocol. I know that not only are they seasoned dog people, but they love what they do!

Nancy did a fabulous massage concentrating on my lower back and legs. I highly recommend it. She is also so knowledgeable in her field and shares this with you.
