I have been using them for the maintenance of my ac system since . Mario has been the default tech that has been taking care of my system since they installed the second system .
I can't say enough about his skills and knowledge , I trust him fully .

We had a laundry list of things we had to do - replace a kitchen sink, sewer pipe repair, replace a bunch of piping in the kitchen/bathroom, replacing the spigots outside, install a reverse osmosis machine, and a bunch of other things. Our previous plumber went out of business and luckily Steven was available. He diagnosed the issue and explained that we needed a new water heater. Even though supply was tight, he was able to find a new Rheem water heater and install it quickly. We previously bought a warranty extension kit for our old water heater and even though previous plumber installed it, Steven promised to file claim with manufacturer to reclaim money for us. We were pleasantly surprised that Steven contacted us a few months later to give us the warranty money that he recovered. We are extremely grateful for his honesty and integrity! Throughout the years he has fixed the toilet flush valves in 2 of our bathrooms, fixed clogged bathroom sink and replaced the drain and replaced a leaking shower fixture. Most recently he troubleshooted the loss of water pressure in our kitchen and discovered that the shut off valves had failed and discharged debris towards the faucet causing a blockage issue. Steven's work is impeccable and he is always prompt, clean and utilizes the best materials. He explains the problem clearly and provides fair estimates given his expertise and quality of work. We highly recommend Steven and look forward to continue working with him for all our plumbing needs!“

“We have been using Blend Air Mechanical for many years, and recently had another great service experience with them! Mike (who always does an amazing job) came with his partner Collin, and the two of them did a GREAT job installing our new water heater from Blend Air, and then returned the following week to install our new KIND water purification and softener system for the entire house.There was a lot of plumbing involved, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me, how the system worked, how to maintain it, and change the filters etc. This normally would have been a 3-4 hour install, but Mike & Collin worked so well on the project that they did it in less than 2 hours! They always arrive on time, leave the area nice and clean, as well as explain everything that was done & how it works. We replaced our HVAC system through BLEND AIR last year as well, and they even took the time to register the unit, and send us all the extended warranty info so we have it for our records. Recently, I noticed that one of the zones was not delivering heat and there was some leaking of water in the utility room. Many years ago my mom had work done by Martin Masters - I remember it because I saw the yellow tags that had been hung on replaced valves with his name.
