They came unclogged the line and using a camera and sonar found a damaged line. They came back to excavate & remove the 20ft damaged line & replaced it with PVC all in one day. “Wish I could give them 10 stars! We had a horrific plugged drain which required opening up an access pipe in my finished basement. This could have been a disaster with water splashing everywhere but they covered the walls and rug and expertly cleared the pipe without any damage to my basement. Professional and patient, would highly recommend them.“

We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. We had a long list: kit. faucet replacement, shower/tub valve & fixtures install with tile patch, replace incorrect pvc-pipes, replace copper piping and install rough-in tub/shower valve. It was non-stop solving problem after problem and leaving every area looking like a photo ad at the end of a long day!
