I left there with little hope and no glasses. I went this evening and Robert was able to find that needle in the haystack for me and left the store with glasses and problem solved. That's 5 stars and above! Even though I had got there close to closing and he was helping others, he calmly and efficiently helped us all. Dr. Sommer gave a complete and thorough eye exam. Yes, the office is a bit dated, but I did not come in to live there. I just wanted my eye exam, which I received, and the whole staff was awesome! The office manager was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue on the phone. I had already been very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The office manager was so patient and kind, and she was able to get me in, despite the late hour. The other staff member was also very patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way. Dr. Dente was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional as he examined and assessed the problem with my eye. “I've been going to Dr. Jacobsen for almost 20 years. She is Professional, Caring, and gives you enough time to thoroughly Explain. Since I'm a computer specialist, I always had Reading glasses. When I got old, I needed a second pair for Long Distance. Her eye glasses prescriptions were always accurate.
I appreciate her Early Detection of Cataract; referred me to one of the best Cataract Surgeons.“
