Came in for a routine eye exam after not having one for a long time. The office itself is fantastic—neat, tidy, and extremely well decorated. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and were able to get me through the paperwork and onto my appointment in record time. Dr. Timko herself is extremely kind, very patient with her explanations and clear with her recommendations. I am very happy to have chosen Insight Eyecare and cannot wait to return for my next appointment!

Insight Eyecare deserves a shout out for really going above and beyond with their customer service. I got a pair of glasses here that I LOVE about 4 or 5 years ago and they broke recently. Lauren did everything in her power to try and track down the same frames I got last time. Unfortunately they were discontinued but the fact she and the team put in so much effort to try and find them for me really meant a lot. I ended up finding another pair in store that I loved so either way, i walked away very happy. 10000/10 recommend.
