Bernards Eye Care really saved me when I had pain and severe discomfort in my eye that wasn't getting better. The office manager was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue on the phone. I had already been very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The office manager was so patient and kind, and she was able to get me in, despite the late hour. The other staff member was also very patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way.
