Every single member of this office provides a top quality experience. Check in is always smooth and they are patient but efficient. Dr. Bonnie is incredibly sweet, charismatic, and ensures I am getting the most out of my appointments every year. Today I worked with Howard to order my new glasses and to have my old pair fixed up. He took great care to describe all of my benefits and was meticulous in not only fine tuning my old pair of glasses but also helped me update the nose pads to a silicone pair that worked better for me and my lifestyle. I absolutely recommend this office to anyone who needs glasses or eye care.
Always a wonderful experience with Dr. Bonnie and staff. She always makes you feel comfortable and is extremely thorough and makes sure to take her time and explain everything to you. Truly the best!
Dr Bonnie was amazing, she was kind, patient and entertaining for my 5yr old. I appreciate all the information she explained to reassure what was needed to correct the issue. Truly a great experience and I even scheduled exams for my other 2.
