By far the best Target Optical my family and I have visited! I was able to find the right frames for a reasonable price and the service was amazing. Latasha helped make that experience happen, she was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for any vision care needs!
I’ve been going to Target Optical for years, primarily working with Irina, and she is the main reason I continue to return. She is consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely client-focused. Her customer service is among the best I’ve experienced, not only in industry of glasses, but in any business. In my personal opinion, she is a true asset to Target Optical and deserves to be recognized and valued at the highest level.
Winnie was wonderful. She talked us through the whole process, had a plan to fix a problem with the prescription from my eye doctor, and made sure as much of the cost of the eyeglasses as possible were covered by insurance. I also liked the selection of frames. (I bought a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of good sunglasses.) We've used Target Optical in Bridgewater Promenade in the past, and we'll likely use them again.
