I had an amazing experience with Rosa, I purchased two pairs of glasses last week an Oakley Meta and a Ray-Ban frame and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Rosa spent nearly an hour with me, patiently helping me choose the right frames. Even though the ones I picked were on the expensive side, she never tried to upsell me. Instead, she showed me many different options to make sure I found the perfect pair, even if it meant choosing something more affordable. Worked with Tasha on getting a new pair of glasses today, and she was great! I usually find frames on my own, but she picked out the perfect ones. She was also genuinely nice, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Also, the location inside of Target is very convenient.
Not a customer yet, but I plan to be one! The care, patience, and support, that I seen Iren provide to her Target Optical customers was outstanding. Impressed me so I came back a second time, a week later, sat with her and discussed issue I was having with my own current pair of glasses. She examined them and fixed them at no charge.
