“This was my first experience with a broken water heater. I called Roto-Rooter yesterday and I explained that it was leaking and they sent over a technician right away. “I had a situation where for a number if years I was relying on a friend of a family member to give my boiler an annual inspection. Unfortunately nothing was actually being checked. Recently, I noticed that one of the zones was not delivering heat and there was some leaking of water in the utility room. “We have been using Blend Air Mechanical for many years, and recently had another great service experience with them! Mike (who always does an amazing job) came with his partner Collin, and the two of them did a GREAT job installing our new water heater from Blend Air, and then returned the following week to install our new KIND water purification and softener system for the entire house.There was a lot of plumbing involved, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me, how the system worked, how to maintain it, and change the filters etc. This normally would have been a 3-4 hour install, but Mike & Collin worked so well on the project that they did it in less than 2 hours! They always arrive on time, leave the area nice and clean, as well as explain everything that was done & how it works. We replaced our HVAC system through BLEND AIR last year as well, and they even took the time to register the unit, and send us all the extended warranty info so we have it for our records. They did the same for our hot water heater. We highly recommend BLEND AIR, and wouldn’t use anyone else! Great job guys!!

We had a laundry list of things we had to do - replace a kitchen sink, sewer pipe repair, replace a bunch of piping in the kitchen/bathroom, replacing the spigots outside, install a reverse osmosis machine, and a bunch of other things. Mike came by, was extremely kind and respectful, gave me a very fair quote, scheduled me soon after, came right on time, did the work with his team, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I can't say I look forward to one of my pipes breaking soon, but if they do, I feel much better knowing I can call Michael & Peace of Mind :)“

This was my third water heater installation in three months, and the experience up until now had been exhausting. The first two installs were constant problems, repeat visits, and the stress of never knowing if the hot water would last more than a few minutes.

“I can't overstate how great these guys are, both in service and price. Whenever I needed assistance with my HVAC system it seemed to be an emergency and every time I called they'd show up same or next day to fix the issue. Last week I had to replace my entire HVAC system(Labor Day Weekend no less) and there was absolutely no reason to shop price or consider another service provider, THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!
Reasonable prices, service second to none and when they replaced my system, they worked clean and even rerouted some wiring and a duct to make for a cleaner and neater utility room.
