Our basement was ruined in Hurricane Ida and we were worried about our hot water heater. My mom had suggested calling Hawthorne Mechanical. Though we had never worked with them, they came to us that day to diagnose the issue. They then came the following day install the new hot water heater and fix the cause. Yesterday, my son flushed a rubber fish bath toy down the toilet. I called up Hawthorne Mechanical at 5pm. Rich said everyone had gone home for the day but he’d see if someone could swing by. Within twenty minutes, Paul was here. Bath toy was recovered and the new toilet was installed.
