It’s still working but I figured it was time to be a responsible homeowner for once and get it serviced. I found Air Cubes on Google, saw they had excellent reviews, and gave Air Cubes a call.Best HVAC company in the Union, NJ 07083 area. They were on time, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. We are going to install Central AC and I had a ton of questions about this. Jorge, the owner, was very thorough in explaining what the job will entail, how the AC unit will work to cool our house, and he will draw up an estimate for the implementation. They serviced my furnace, explained everything regarding my unit, and made sure to turn all of the lights off and shut the doors on their way out.Very very professional HVAC company, I highly recommend them for any and all heating ventilation and cooling needs!“

As a DIY'er, I'm adding a bathroom to my basement which required rough-in drainage to the sewer line - something I was considering doing myself. As one could imagine, you don't want to mess up a job like that lest you have sewage seeping up through your shower drain so I decide to go with the pros. Couldn't be happier with their work. “I thought that I had a leak in one of my kitchen sink pipes, but could not find it. Allen, from King Arthur Plumbing, looked at it and realized that it was a leak in the faucet itself. He told me that he could repair it or I could buy a new one and he would install it. Since I had this faucet for close to 15 years, I had no issue with getting a new one. Allen picked it up and installed it with no issue. Great job.“

“We chose Airtec Service to install two Mitsubishi Heat Pump ducted systems as well as one ductless unit in one large room as a supplemental to replace our old heating and cooling system on the 2nd floor.The installation team did an amazing job. They arrived promptly and clean up beautifully. The team ran into a few challenges because the configuration of our house is complicated and old. They solved each problem without any issues. And they finished the job on time as promised.We had the systems installed in May this year (2023). We waited 6 months to post this review because we wanted to make sure the systems work well in the Summer as well as Winter. The systems run efficiently with no issues. Our electricity bills have been lower compare to our past bills. We are going to receive tax credit for our tax return! We are happy to switch to the heat pump system!!Shirley at the office was also helpful, patient and responsive.We have been recommending them to our friends for any heating and cooling services. And we will use them again when we are ready to replace our 1st floor system with the Mitsubishi Heat Pump ducted system!“

“I had a tenant who called me at 4:30 the friday before July 4th holiday weekend to say their AC had shorted out. Reel strong came the Saturday morning to diagnose & inspect. The 4th was the Sunday so we agreed they would come on the 5th Monday the observed Holiday to get it installed and they did, have not heard other complaints since from the Tenant. They are a good vendor I believe for commercial/residential rental properties. Fantastic service!“

“First Joseph came to do a repair. Excellent! Then we had Jim come out to service the boiler. Amazing. This last time we had a leaking radiator pipe and Ben shows up. Again, knows what he's talking about. I have never been so pleased with a plumbing and heating company. They have old school values: Friendly, only do the repairs they really believe we need, will come back if there are any issues. We have NEVER waited more than half an hour and will get a courtesy call to say they are late. I would not hesitate to use Reynolds. Not one bit. Reliable and professional. Can't beat it!“

“We called QAS two years ago to get an estimate just for insulation in our attic. When we received the proposal, we saw that we could get a rebate through the NJ Clean Energy Program. Glenn also told me if we converted to natural gas (we had oil heat), we could save a bunch more. We sat on the proposal for a while and picked it up again late last year. I did some research and saw people paying upwards of $18 to convert from oil to nat gas.We went through the process during which we were approved for a 7 year 0% interest loan to pay for the cost of the project. The guys were in and out in three days and our house is so much warmer. Our total cost for the project was $10,440, which is great considering we've got a new furnace with a 95 efficiency rating, a central air unit (we were using window units previously), and an insulated attic (it had the original insulation from when it was built in 1955).We're very happy with the work that's been done.“

“Amazing HVAC company. I attempted to use another HVAC service to fix a problem with my heat pump/home heating oil system and they were unable to discover the problem, much less fix it. John from Lou Fasano Heating and Cooling came out the day after I called and quickly figured out the issue and fixed it. I had yet another problem a week later and John came out that day and, again, fixed the problem.Even better, when I called in I talked to Lou himself and he did his best to walk me through troubleshooting the issue myself, obviously willing to pass up on a service call if successful. He and John both went above and beyond.The best thing I can say about them is after only a few interactions I already know I can trust them completely and intend to use them for all future HVAC work.“
