“Promptly returned my call. Was professional and courteous. Stopped by same day to look at the issue. Provided a competitive estimate when he said he would. When awarded the job, they showed up when they said they would, all were courteous, clean, and did professional quality work. Unfortunately, this seems to be an even rarer quality today, who doesn't answer, let alone call you back, don't what they say they will do, etc... Joe and his family company are a gem! Their pricing was in line, and for the product and quality of performance and installation, they can't be beat on that. As with any job, sometimes an issue arrives, later that night I noticed an issue with my thermostat, not their fault by the way, when I called about it, joe picked up the phone, inhailed his dinner and came right over and fixed the iue at no charge, even though it wasn't his doing If you want peace of mind, fair dealings, and a company you can put some faith into, it's Damato plumbing and HVAC. Excellent job! Excellent team! Excellent company! I will be happy to refer you to my friends and family.“

Also, NO OVERNIGHT PARKING on site. (Yet, there is a truck stop around the corner, though. Not sure if they charge for overnight parking.)“

“Brian Anderson is an extraordinarily bright, diligent and professional plumber. He's easy to talk to, as well as fun to be around, (in case you like that in a plumber.) I really liked his dad, too, and I'll miss him. Our old house near Bridgeton needed a lot, and Brian installed a really nice bathroom, and upgraded and maintained a lot of the plumbing infrastructure, including water-well switch-tank, sump pump, hose bib, and a variety of other minor items. One of the great things about Brian is his proactive stance: he's quick to let you know that a piece of equipment is failing (as our well tank was) so you don't have to find out the hard way. He's really responsive, too, both in an emergency and for the routine stuff, as well. I completely trust this guy and would recommend him with no reservations.“

“Couldn't ask for a better experience. These guys showed up on time, were respectful, and cleaned up behind themselves. We were able to be squeezed in very quickly and were given the option to pay a flat rate, or pay by the hour + materials. We were actually referred to them by a former employee. Not too many local plumbers want to deal with cracks in your pipes underground, but voros didn't run from the problem, they stepped up to the challenge and got it done.“

“It rained all day Saturday, my sump pump couldn't keep up and my basement was flooded. I contacted Roto-Rooter Saturday around 11 pm. They sent George on Sunday afternoon. He was vey professional and courteous. He replaced my Sump pump and Tray pump and for a reasonable price. I was very satisfied with the job especially having my emergency taken care of on a weekend.“

“Roto Rooter came out to my house after the toilet when flushed was leaking into the basement. First a supervisor responded to ensure the tech would be able to handle the job. He took a Quick Look in the basement and said what it likely was. A technician followed about 20 minutes later and let me tell you this guy was exceptional. Lenny Colon reiterated what the supervisor said, and quickly took care of the problem. Left some recommendations for the future and thanked me for my military service. Not only will I use Roto-Rooter again but I will personally request Lenny.“
