One customer had an issue with a sewer line and called several plumbers with no luck. Roto Rooter had a plumber out that evening. Through camera imaging, the line was determined to be collapsed, and a crew replaced the line that same day. Everyone encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and made customers feel at ease. Roto Rooter also has a person who coordinates with insurance companies. A technician was transparent and thorough, providing extra help and attention. Other technicians were described as professional and friendly. One plumber was very informative and detailed, walking customers through the entire process, showing damages, and explaining options. He gave recommendations and installed a new faucet neatly and quickly.
Update: The customer service contacted me right after, the general manager intervened, and the service an came and fixed the issue. I appreciate the quick and satisfactory response.Changing the rating to 5. It is good that reviews work!
Original Review: Honestly a rip off. I have a rental in Millville and my tenant noticed a clogged tub. So we called Roto Rooter and he came and ran snake and charged $653.61 (which is very high for snakes but I said ok as I thought we have a warranty that will fix the issue if it happens again). I had an issue with my sewer line on 7-10-2024 around 6:00 pm. I called several plumbers and could not get anyone to come out. I called Roto Rooter and they had a plumber out around 9:00 pm that evening. Unfortunately our problem at the time was most likely a collapsed sewer line so we could not use our water. Roto Rooter sent another worker out the next morning and through camera imaging determined that the line was collapsed. Roto Rooter had their crew out come out and the line was replaced that day.
