“Great customer service! He also answered a lot of questions for me about toilet maintenance and care. He arrived early as I requested so I could get to work. He explained everything and didn’t charge me more than the job called for. He was pkesant and nice. My only concern was after he left another roto rooter guy showed up. He asked me how things were going and if I received good service. No one told me he was coming so I talked to him through the door. He had the company jacket but that meant nothing. I never opened the door. We should be told if someone is coming to follow up.“
