Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Great customer service! He also answered a lot of questions for me about toilet maintenance and care. He arrived early as I requested so I could get to work. He explained everything and didn’t charge me more than the job called for. He was pkesant and nice. My only concern was after he left another roto rooter guy showed up. He asked me how things were going and if I received good service. No one told me he was coming so I talked to him through the door. He had the company jacket but that meant nothing. I never opened the door. We should be told if someone is coming to follow up.

Late Saturday night I had a pipe burst. There was a hole in an old pipe leading to a nonexistent pool and it was spraying water like a sprinkler. I turned the main water valve off to stop it. Sunday I called all around for plumbers, but Roto-Rooter was the only company to actually come out for the job. The technician George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping me to fully understand what was happening and what could be done. He efficiently and quickly fixed it, explaining everything so well. Our bathroom sink wasn't draining and our kitchen sink was leaking in several places because of an old, damaged garbage disposal. Our technician Rich was transparent about best and worst case scenarios. Thank God that the enzyme treatment he recommended fixed the bathroom in one treatment and no major work had to be done. The kitchen was more complicated and Rich was able to fix that within an hour or so. He was very professional, clearly explained what needed to be done and while he told us about replacing old equipment with new, he was also transparent about pricing and what was needed versus what wasn't.
