I called Pestbusters USA, and within a couple of minutes on the phone, they identified the source of the problem as a nest that birds had built in a hole workers had made and never covered. Pestbusters USA told me to remove the nest, which I did, and the mites slowly died out. (Bird mites do bite people, but they need bird blood to survive and once I had removed the nest and the birds, the mites disappeared.) Thanks!”

“After doing everything we could to resolve an ongoing issue with field mice and birds nesting in our home, we hired an exterminating company that unfortunately only did the bare minimum… setting traps without truly addressing the root of the problem or the bird nesting issue. After multiple visits, nothing was actually resolved.<br><br>Thankfully, my husband called Systematic, and for the first time we met someone who genuinely wanted to fix the problem, not just secure another service call.<br><br>Johnny came out, thoroughly inspected the situation, found and sealed entry points, used a camera to investigate, and removed the birds nesting in our house.
