Excellent service from start to finish! TM Adams handled the entire annual backflow testing process, including all the paperwork with the town, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I simply received confirmation that everything was completed and that I'm all set for another year. Tiffany was very friendly and responsive, the process was seamless, and the whole experience was stress-free. I highly recommend TM Adams to anyone who needs backflow testing.
Couple of years ago I switched from oil to gas heat. Tom came over, looked at what was needed and gave me an estimate. Said right then and there, job is yours. He ordered was was needed, the crew showed up few days later a day did the work.
Crew was pleasant, professional, outstanding, as was Tom himself. When job was completed, you couldn't even tell that a crew worked here, with the exception of seeing what was done.
