10 Jay St, Tenafly“I used to regularly injure my back and neck. Since coming weekly for the past year, my core strength has improved damatically. I feel stronger and I no longer get injured. I am not naturally athletic or flexible. The instructors are phenomenal and they taught me everything I needed to know. When I was first starting, I took a few private lessons and I was shown how to modify the moves that were originally too much for my back. Now I no longer need to modify anything. I really enjoy all of the classes I have taken and intend to continue at the studio indefinitely.“

I have been coming here for massages with Laura for a few months and I have to say that they are the best massages ever! They are medical massages that address your individual areas of pain and soreness . Way different from regular body massages that you find at other places.“

I admit I'm not a huge fan of yoga, but this cardio pilates fusion class is so perfectly orchestrated down to the great music and vibe. And no one is more gracious than the owner Thara, who should have her own fitness show. I took classes with her via Covid on zoom and I was mesmerized by her presence and how I felt after the class. A real gem of a studio!“
