We had scheduled repair appointment immediately and crew arrived to our house next morning. Fred and his assistant brought new water heater and removed one which was broken. Russ and the guys replaced both of my (very old) systems on the hottest days of the year two weeks ago. They worked from sun up to sundown that day — without complaint and minimal breaks.
The new systems are so good we’re running them about half as much as the old but the house is colder than it’s ever been.

Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate.
