This was the most professional company of the 3 I contacted for HVAC service. Phone etiquette was phenomenal and helpful. Scheduling was a breeze with the day and time window options. Mario was excellent, again very professional and patient when explaining the issue and options. He was able to do a band-aid repair to buy us time before committing to one of our options. I will definitely use GRC for any future business. ( We have a 60 year old Carrier HVAC which runs like a workhorse. We prefer to refurbish rather than replace).
