“Our AC froze up about a week ago, and unfortunately it turned out to be a pretty serious refrigerant leak in the coil. Since the system is still covered under Lennox’s 5-year warranty, I started looking for a local Lennox-certified company and found Shamrock Heating & Air Conditioning.
They had someone out the very next day, quickly diagnosed the leaking coil, and then handled the entire warranty process with Lennox for us. They even arranged to have the replacement part shipped overnight, which we really appreciated after several very hot days without AC.
Jay was our technician for both visits and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and did an excellent job replacing the coil and getting everything back up and running.
After six days without air conditioning, having a cool house again feels pretty amazing!
