“I first went to June about 15 years ago for neck pain. Before beginning treatment, she reviewed a questionnaire and asked me many health related questions. The problem with my neck was quickly solved and she worked on calf spasms I had been getting since my teen years. I have since been going each month for "health maintenance." During allergy season (spring/fall) the treatments have taken me off decades of cortisone shots/anti histamines and sometimes antibiotics when my throat/nasal track became infected. She also has recommended herbs for additional relief a handful of times during high pollen days or when I now a large lawn. Acupuncture for allergies has been a real godsend!! Other maintenance may include energy boost, immune system boost, lower back pain and other tweaks from living an active life. Acupuncture in my mind is certainly a alternative better to muscle relaxers and pain meds (Rx or over the counter) with ZERO side effects! June is a long time practitioner who is not only well experienced and knowledgeable but caring and sensitive to her patients needs.“

“I discovered Bichelle and The It Girl Massage Therapy business after doing some Google searches and reading the reviews and also reading the reviews via yelp. I was not able to meet with my regular massage therapist so Bichelle held it down in the meantime! I went in for a myofascial release session, and I walked out feeling very relieved and lighter in body and mind. As a very active individual, and also working in a profession that always has me on my feet, and on the go, I was glad to leave the session feeling the way I did. The massage space was very clean and the lighting created great and comfortable vibes. Bichelle was very professional and extremely knowledgeable at her craft which made me feel at ease when trying out a new therapist.
