Hand and Stone in Montclair has quickly become one of my favorite places. I’ve been seeing Tabitha for massages and she is incredible. She really grounds you in the moment and really listens to all your needs and preferences. As someone who is an avid gym goes, this has worked wonders for my recovery. I never realized the stress I was putting my body through and always thought massages were a luxury, not a necessity. Boy was I wrong. The hot stone and deep tissue combo is perfection. Not to mention this is also the perfect way to destress and let the tension in your body release. I’m excited to see the long term impact this will have on my lifts and my overall wellbeing.

Have been going to Alexa for 3 months now and my skin has absolutely been changed. Love how she works and gives amazing tips on skincare routine and products. Would definitely recommend going to her, she is definitely the best!!!
