“Had my furnace fixed by these guys - amazing service, reliable, and most of all (and this extremely rare these days) HONEST. I would highly recommend to anyone. Gideon and Jack are artisans of their trade, and their work speaks for itself. If you're shopping around for a plumber, stop the search and give these guys a call.”
“Furnace shut down after power surge on Labor Day weekend. Tech worked with homeowner on the phone for an hour without success although he really tried to help. Two techs arrived early Tuesday morning and worked with manufacturer’s tech support and got system rebooted. Gave homeowner procedures to follow should it happen again.”
“On my path to selling my house, the buyer’s inspection revealed a broken pipe near the road. Time was important, and RDH came through immediately with a survey and a reasonable estimate, and then provided a 1-day fix to keep us on track to closing. They are very responsive, and the job was well done on schedule!”
