I had a clogged bathroom sink drain. Farther down the pipe. James came in and assessed the issue. He didn't try and upsell me. Just told me what the issue was. Fixed it. He was honest with zero drama. Which I extremely appreciate. I'll definitely use POLITE PLUMBER again without a doubt. Thank you!

We are happy with the service Cameron of Polite Plumber provided today. He replaced a part in our Kohler Toilet and a cartridge in our shower. He happily answered my questions, was courteous and pleasant and worked efficiently. Thank you!

Plumbing emergencies never happen on the home owners schedule.The Polite Plumber group always comes through even when emergencies happen late on a Saturday night, which occurred with us 2 years ago, and then the other day early in the morning after the water filtration system finished it back flushing action.
