“Rich is an ethical plumber in an unethical world. He gets back to you in seconds. He checked up on my 82 year old mother-in-law’s pilot light all weekend to make sure did not come off again. Mind you he doesn’t work weekends. He’s smart. This is HOW you make the big money. You build loyalty. We always need a plumber, and now we have Rich!!”
“On my path to selling my house, the buyer’s inspection revealed a broken pipe near the road. Time was important, and RDH came through immediately with a survey and a reasonable estimate, and then provided a 1-day fix to keep us on track to closing. They are very responsive, and the job was well done on schedule!”
