“My parents used Ideal Plumbing Solutions to get their hot water heater replaced last year. They went with this company because they were the only company that got back to them right away. Gideon came out within 24 hours of the call to diagnose the issue, then came back two days later (He had another customer that needed a repair the next day) first thing in the morning and replaced the unit. He did very professional and prompt work and I don't feel like he screwed them around at all.<br>I was working from home when he changed the unit out, he had trouble getting the tank up the stairs due to the sheer amount of sediment and water still left in it and how steep the stairs were. He was going to come back with a friend to help him get it up the stairs at a later time, but I ended up helping him which I didn't mind what so ever. I did appreciate him not wanting to bother us with helping him even though it was no problem. I recommend him on social media whenever i can!”
“Dominick was great! On August 22nd, he arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly got to work and asked a few questions to begin to assess the problem. He called Navien who walked him through a troubleshooting process. I had been told by a previous plumber who was working on a different water heater that many companies who sell on demand water heaters will require their repair people to take a course to repair their water heater. Dominick explained that he had to take Navien's course to be certified to work on their heaters. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing while he was troubleshooting. Dominick was able to determine the problem, descale the water heater for me and repair the problem. The price was reasonable, the time spent here was what I expected, and he cleaned up where he was working. This was an excellent experience, and I was fully satisfied with the work that was completed by Dominick and HB Services.”

Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible.
