Not only a gracious business owner but from the exchange I had, he seemed like such a caring and intentional person - making sure he knew* what his clients wanted and liked wel before the final reveal. Was in the area for work and came across this shop and figured since they have excellent ratings and reviews I had to check it out. Sure am happy I did. This is by far the best barber shop I have ever been to and the experience is amazing. Instantly greeted and asked if I wanted a drink while I waited. Everyone is extremely professional and polite. Right off the bat I knew this place plays no games when it comes to hair. I booked with Yeudi and it by far exceeded my expectations. They have gained a new customer for life.

Recommended by a coworker. Clean place, nice vibe, and setting up an appointment is easy through their website. Slight downside/upside is they take their time so if your appointment is at 1 PM they may get to you a few minutes later than expected. But they don’t speed up to make up for lost time so if you’re on a time constraint I suggest getting an earlier time. Also note the website says “30 minutes” and the price for the cut and such but they don’t really stick to that I believe. Otherwise great location.

I was looking for a new place to try and I came across Metuchen Nail Spa. Called and made an appointment for a certain time. The very next day, Hank called me saying I could arrive earlier than my appointment. From the moment I walked in to how I was greeted and through the entire process of getting my nails done, Hank was it. He was so personable. He really listens to what you want done and takes his time to achieve it. Everyone in the building is so nice. Prices are incredibly affordable and it’s very clean. Can’t wait to come back.

The people were very sweet and the atmosphere is nice but the manicure I got is sub par. They upcharged for better nail polish and then put on only one coat so it doesn't look opaque. They did do a good mani pedi on my for my friend though.

Kim is wonderful! Been here twice now and tried both the spa and the regular pedicure and fantastic experience. Kim's focus is on making sure her guest is comfortable and happy with her service. I have not known her long but she takes the time to understand her client and remembers their preferences. Thank you Kim for fitting me in and awesome nails!

I've been going to Lavo for a little over 2 years. Failen does my nails for me. She's incredibly talented, passionate about her work, professional and such a kind person. I moved, but I still drive an an hour just to get my nails done by her! Thanks to her, my nails always look flawless. It's always so clean in there and my whole experience is always so relaxing.

Wow, amazing a cute salon in such a cool town! My 1st experience at Cale was with their anesthetician, Gel, A diamond in the ruff! I have had facials all over the world. Gel is definitely #1! I have been getting so many compliments on my skin. Gel is so knowledgeable about skin care. When I thought it couldn't get better, the owner, Mavat, gave me a much needed hair transformation. She colored and highlighted my hair, and gave me an awesome cut. My hair looked so dry and mousy, she turned it into a work of art! A great clean cut, and color with a pop! I highly recommend this salon! Plus the entire staff was so friendly!

The staff are very sweet and my dog and I were very comfortable with the vet. I’m a first time dog owner with a two year old cockapoo. Our previous vet shamed me for not wanting to spay her and give certain vaccinations. The vet here assured me that spaying her is not necessary and we set up a schedule to do minimal vaccinations that I felt comfortable with. He also gave us a recipe to start her on a real food diet which the previous vet told me to only feed dry kibble which I felt wasn’t healthy. Overall, I am very happy to have found them and feel my dog is in the best of hands! I just wish I found them sooner. Prices are reasonable, no upselling
