This was my first time at the salon. I was taken care by Tiana. She did such a wonderful job! I have very long and thick hair. Tiana was patient and took her time. She explained what she was doing in real time. Even when I changed my mind midway, she comprehended and executed exactly what i wanted with a warm and calming vibe! Thank You!!

I had a great experience at this salon this was my first time here! When I walked in I was greeted immediately and they made sure I was comfortable while I waited to get in the chair. The vibes here are very good sometimes in a hair salon it can feel intimidating but not here I was extremely comfortable. Jess does my hair and I am always more than happy with my results every time I go to her. She is so good at what she does I have made sure to continue to go to her for the past few years. I had a hair styling in Hair Loft last week. The ambience was very inviting and the receptionist added to the warmth. My hair stylist was Zoe who did a wonderful job and I had a perfect haircut in a long time. This was my first visit here and I will visit here regularly.
