Sergio,
I had a wonderful experience working with you. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and patiently answered every question I had about the windows. , measurements, and installation process. He took the time to walk me through exactly how the installation will begin and clearly explained what I need to do to prepare. I truly appreciate his knowledge, attention to detail and friend approach. I will not hesitate to recommend both Sergio and his company to friends and family looking for outstanding service.
JC was here to help us with replacing our French doors and it was wonderful to have a conversation that didn’t include slick, pushy and condescending sales tactics. He was helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to get our new doors.
Scott is very detailed and knowledgable, provided the diagnosis of the issue i am having with my french doors and walked me through the best options for replacement with sliding doors.
