We have used this company for years! and HIGHLY recommend. They have completed a stunning Kitchen Renovation, finished our full Basement with a custom-built Bar, installed a new Bath, installed new wrap-around Porch flooring and railings, etc. They are sharp, very reliable and have highly skilled workers.The head carpenter is meticulous too. All the workers and subcontractors are very nice and dependable.....plumbers, tile workers, electricians. A friend in the trades recommended Unique Construction to me. I hired Unique to replace my roof, install new siding, and repair a porch - three separate contracts in series. The work was done professionally and timely. Cleanup was completed each day. Principal was a pleasure to deal with, suggesting numerous improvements and cost-savings opportunities along the way. I hired Unique based on a recommendation from my auto mechanic who I have been using for 20 years. He said he had used Unique multiple times and was very happy. I hired Unique for three successive projects. New roof. New siding. Total repair. renovation and enclosure of side porch. they did a great job. on time every day. Left the site clean every day. finished the work quickly and professionally. made several suggestions about how to improve our plans and/ or save money. Very happy with result and would hire again without hesitation.
