I first hired Unique based on a recommendation from my auto mechanic - a mechanic I have gone to and trusted for 20 years. He said he used Unique for a number of projects at his house and that Dave was a straight shooter. I hired Unique for three separate projects - 1) a new roof, 2) new siding, 3) repair/renovation/enclosure of an existing side porch. On each project, Dave, the principal, walked me through the plans and helped identify problems that might arise and suggestions to save money. He also suggested some changes that would improve the looks and function of the work. Once started, each project was done promptly and professionally. The worksite was cleaned daily and crews arrived and left when expected. Each job came in on time and on budget. Would definitely hire again. A pleasure to deal with.
