Mike came out to do an inspection on a property we are buying. He was very friendly, informative, and honest. He took his time and thoroughly inspected every inch of the one family home with attached garage we are buying. His report had all the details we needed to go back to the sellers so they can address the reported issues before closing. Not only was it extremely detailed, but it was also SO organized and we had the report back in only 48 hours! Mike's price for the complete inspection was fantastic. I would highly recommend him and will always sing his praise.
