“Extremely impressed with this company! My over-the-range microwave had gone out and I called four different places trying to get someone to help me. Only on the fifth call, to Appliance Werks, did someone take the time to allow me to talk through my issue and we decided the best route was for me to simply replace my microwave rather than try to repair it (as no one seems to service microwaves).I was treated with such kindness by the two people I spoke with on the phone (Caroline and Paul, I believe) and I had a new microwave installed by the next day. The team that installed it were prompt, friendly and were done within 30 minutes.The rates for the new microwave and install were fair and transparent. Highly satisfied with the service I received and I'll definitely be calling Appliance Werks first from here on out.“

“Excellent service. Haley who I spoke with initially, went right to work sending someone - Michael- to evaluate the break. He explained what would be done to fix the problem and answered my questions, which relieved my worries. Anthony, Michael and another young man came two days later and fixed the leak. They did an excellent job repairing the leak, fenced off the area so no one would be injured, answered all my questions and concerns. Excellent job and great people to work with. “Our washing machine wouldn't drain yesterday and I contacted Aaxon thru Angies list Sunday night. Chris called me first thing Monday morning and was able to be at my home before noon and had drain pump replaced in 30 minutes. Fast, friendly, affordable and complete service, I will call Axxon for future ac and heating service!“
