Brad just came out to look at my fridge 24 hours after I called. He was extremely professional and on time. He communicated very well and was honest with me about the fridge. He told me what to look for in a new appliance and helped me measure the space to ensure I bought the right size. As a woman customer, he didn’t talk down to me or make me feel bad for not knowing certain things. He was excellent and I will be using him again in the future!
