“My parents used Ideal Plumbing Solutions to get their hot water heater replaced last year. They went with this company because they were the only company that got back to them right away. Gideon came out within 24 hours of the call to diagnose the issue, then came back two days later (He had another customer that needed a repair the next day) first thing in the morning and replaced the unit. He did very professional and prompt work and I don't feel like he screwed them around at all.
I was working from home when he changed the unit out, he had trouble getting the tank up the stairs due to the sheer amount of sediment and water still left in it and how steep the stairs were. He was going to come back with a friend to help him get it up the stairs at a later time, but I ended up helping him which I didn't mind what so ever. I did appreciate him not wanting to bother us with helping him even though it was no problem. I recommend him on social media whenever i can!“

“NJR has saved us on multiple occasions, due to a hack-job install of our boiler by another company. They are always prompt (same-day for emergencies) and professional, and with the plan we have, everything was always covered. After a carbon monoxide issue with the unit due to its improper install, we had them replace it with a new unit, which they were able to do within 24-hours. The price was a little steep, but fair compared to other installers who have been robbing people blind since Covid, and they were extremely prompt and professional. Would recommend to anyone.“
