Great service and very responsive.Called local plumber to unclog a drain and they recommended Zoom since they exclusively work on drains.Kevin was proactive with his communication and tech showed up as scheduled. Tech was very professional and took extra care to not make a mess in the house.Would highly recommend for any drain-related service need.
Such a great experience working with Leigh. Very memorable having him here fixing our problem during an earthquake too! He made what we thought was going to be a huge job a much easier fix and we really appreciated his arriving on time, doing a great job and cleaning up everything before leaving.
To the rescue! With out of town family due to fly in on a Friday, I became aware of a problem with what would be our guest’s bathroom on the Wednesday afternoon before their arrival. With a reference in hand I reached out to Kevin at Zoom drain. On Thursday, Kevin’s crew arrived and cleared the clogged pipe. When that failed to resolve the issue, Kevin was able to provide additional assistance, which in turn led to resolution by Friday. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. We highly recommend!
