“I worked with Jack Frost to convert my boiler to natural gas, and the entire experience was top notch from start to finish.
Their communication was fantastic. Someone always answered the phone, and I was quickly connected with someone who had specific knowledge of my project. They thoroughly explained the job specifications and also provided an excellent referral for an oil tank removal specialist.
The job was completed in two stages, and both times the team was prompt, professional, and detail-oriented. They kept me informed throughout the process and left the jobsite clean when they were finished. Our technician was also excellent and took the time to answer all of our questions along the way.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Jack Frost to anyone considering this type of work.”
