“I called George’s because we were having issues with our inside plumbing backing up and making gurgling noises. Nathan was able to come out the next day to investigate. Turns out our septic system was completely clogged and backed up and the first tank was full to the brim.Nathan worked in snow flurries and feeezing cold temps to diagnose what was wrong, cleared the clog, pulled and cleaned the filter, waited to be sure all was working properly and reassembled our system. He was kind and efficient. Very impressed with his work and his service.“

We had Mike run the gas lines and do the conversion and he did an incredible job! He was very thorough and patient. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the process to me so I could understand it. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and he even showed me where the gas lines ran to/ what T/ stub was for what (kitchen stove, fireplace, etc). Highly recommend!“

Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. “I found out about Wayne as he was the contractor that installed the new septic tank at my house for the previous owner before I bought the place. He did a great job on that septic system and I've used him several times for other excavating needs since.Most recently he replaced underground power line to a shed for me, and he also excavated behind and repaired a brick retaining wall at my house that was pushing in from being built improperly by the previous owner.Wayne does all the work himself, so he makes sure everything is done absolutely right, there's no subcontractors or helpers to cut corners or screw up the job. Also his pricing is very reasonable, I highly recommend Wayne for any sort of job that involves excavating.“

“As a homeowner, my heart dropped when I saw a 10" round hole in my backyard that was 3 ft deep and wide under the top soil/surface. My first thought was a sinkhole! I contacted several contractors to assess issue but Diamond Excavating and Construction was the most responsive and priced right within my budget. Contractor responded quickly to my call and was at my home within 24 hours. Turned out to be an old septic tank. Diamond Excavating and Construction quickly calmed my (property and financial) fears. Travis, a skilled Operator, expertly navigated my property with his backhoe and was careful to travel the same line in and out, limiting lawn damage. Overall, my experience with company was very positive. They did a phenomenal job!“
“I bought a flipped house this year, and was dealing with our oil based water boiler tripping non-stop for the entire year. Our attempt to fix it with our home warranty did not go through because the unit wasn't actually broken, and it was almost impossible to get anyone from a HVAC company to come look at oil units. The water boiler was tripping every night when the weather got cooler, so I searched on Google for HVAC specialists and started calling them. The first company sent me to voicemail, and never reached back out to me at all. The second company I called was Central Comfort, they picked up immediately and scheduled an appointment with me and gave me an initial quote for diagnostics and basic maintenance - I accepted it. The appointment time they gave me was in the late afternoon. The day came, and they rang my doorbell first thing in the morning, great! The technician cam to inspect my oil unit, and was extremely helpful in explaining everything he saw, took a good look at my boiler and proceeded to do the routine checkup. I had replaced a filter and nozzle myself in the past, so they didn't force me to pay for replacement parts. He showed me all the wrong ways the boiler was installed and setup, showed me the tweaks he did to the air input, opened up the vent pipe that was previously sealed up, waited to test to make sure everything worked well. He gave me a quote for new equipment (since I asked). He ended up charging me less than the initial phone quote because he did less work than the initial quote. It's been a few weeks now and the old water boiler has been running flawlessly without a single trip. He did warn me of the specific issues I was having, which needed the boiler to eventually be replaced soon, but I appreciated his insight. His honesty and integrity to his work impressed me and I will call them first the next time I need to service my HVAC and boiler. Thank you!“

“I have to give these guys a great review, they did nice work and the gentleman was very nice who came to replace my hot water heater, even though I know the job sucked, he didnt complain and got it done. I feel so bad I said I was going to be around to help if needed because they're busy and short staffed and my schedule changed, Leaving the guy to do the job alone, installing a hot water heater and removing the old one raised 5ft off the ground in a tight space.
