I called George’s because we were having issues with our inside plumbing backing up and making gurgling noises. Nathan was able to come out the next day to investigate. Turns out our septic system was completely clogged and backed up and the first tank was full to the brim.Nathan worked in snow flurries and feeezing cold temps to diagnose what was wrong, cleared the clog, pulled and cleaned the filter, waited to be sure all was working properly and reassembled our system. He was kind and efficient. Very impressed with his work and his service.
George came to our house today for a leak in our primary bathtub and an issue with our water shutoff. Both repairs were simple and straightforward and he was able to fix everything same day after grabbing the necessary supplies. He’s incredibly kind and engaging as well as knowledgeable. He will definitely be our go to plumber from now on!
