“The staff is very friendly. I was running late and Dr Patel waited for me so I wouldn’t miss my appointment for my new kittens. All of the staff treated my pets very sweetly. Dr Patel explains things with lots of detail and makes sure you understand everything.“

“The place is absolutely beautifully kept - clean & new are always good factors.The techs - not just admins but are so very helpful to the patients as well as the dr.The dr. - needs a better bed-side manner. Words like “If she continues to go downhill…..” or “Her eyes look like a mess…..”, weren’t making me feel very comfortable - I felt like for a vet - he wasn’t very “pet friendly” - almost “cold” towards the pets. The cost: slightly high - but my reg vet would have been higher -My pet is doing better - so the problems seems to be resolved. ?I will be returning as I no longer plan on going to the vet we’ve been with for the last 15 years.This clinic is perfect for my 2 little ones.They definitely need more advertising & marketing - I found them through a gas station attendant -and they are literally next door to me.“

“Dr. Chiosi and his assistants have been wonderful. I have a new frenchie puppy, and they showed us how much they care. Dr. Chiosi would not leave until all my questions were answered and before he left, he would summarize our visit just in case anything was missed. I'm very happy to have chosen a vet that gives me and my puppy such undivided attention. It was a late appt at 6:45pm and he was not rushed during our visit. Many vets push textbook diagnosis and treatment plans as well as treat medication like a standalone profit center. He considered the condition, age and history of our older dog and gave us some practical advice. However, the office operations need some work. They appear to overbook leaving pets and owners sitting in the parking lot for excessive amounts of time. This can cause already present anxiety and discomfort with the pet. They also could improve "triage" to appointments. A pet getting a simple vaccination shouldn't be stuck in a queue with more complicated cases. But, again, we would recommend to others. Just be prepared for delays.“
“I take my dog here for 2nd year now for check up and vaccination...as my neighbor referred him. Place is looking old and dingy but he seems to be good and has reasonable prices. I'm not sure about surgical equipment or boarding .....?“

And calls after hours to check up and see how your pet is doing. Hard to find a vet that genuinely cares about animals the way he does.
