Whenever I call with a concern, the receptionists are always kind, calm, and reassuring. They never make me feel like a burden and always do their best to fit us in when they can.
The doctors are just as wonderful. They take the time to answer every question I have without ever making me feel rushed. An extremely kind and caring staff. From the front desk, to the techs, and the doctors themselves. Our two cats are well taken care of. They spend time talking to you about different options to care for your pet. When our oldest got sick, they were checking in after a long workday which really helped us feel like she was cared for. Pricing is reasonable & comparable to standard offices.
Been coming here for years. Amazing father/daughter duo! The techs are just as great. No issues before except my poor dog always gets so scared he always drops a hot one on their floor. Always sorry for that 😅
