“Riotto’s came highly recommended by a dear friend. Esteban and his team of coworkers made a difficult time so easy. The entire group were attentive, sensitive and simply amazing. Following up on every detail, they worked with us making my mom’s arrangements flow, particularly when she was being transported from Florida. The funeral home in Florida made some mistakes, but Esteban put me at ease, he was calm and had solutions and all worked out. Esteban went over every detail, from makeup to nail color, etc. He listened and my mother looked like an angel, the makeup was flawless! In the end they felt like family… what a warm bunch! The Stellato family has been friends with our family since 1960, and from Italy also. Our aunt met with Lou 15 years ago to arrange all her final wishes. He was very accommodating and took time to discuss every detail.
When she passed away, I notified Lou’s office. He immediately replied to me and gave me a direct contact. He and his staff were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, making it easy for our family. They explained each step in detail. The memorial video screen in the room was so nice, so that each visitor could see memories of themselves with the deceased.
