“On Oct 27 ‘25 we encountered a leak in our laundry room area. We had a local plumber come to the house and expressed that this would involve a sewer pipe in the wall that was leaking and required immediate attention,that was out of hie expertise. His thoughts were to advise us to someone who can do pipe lining. We found four companies and three or them COULD NOT help us. At 5:15 that evening we called the 4th company being Pipe Works. We were “pleasantly surprised” a live person answered,which is a rarity today. Our experience started when we explained our desparate situation. We would like to recognize the following techs. The staff in the office who instructed us that Delroy would be coming to our home that evening. He was so “professional” and instructed us. after assessing the situation a team would be out the following day repair the cracked sewer line in our wall. Early the following morning the team of Johnny,Jorge and Darwin showed up,and immediately started working on the damage. We were so pleased with their “professionalism and expertise” and so grateful for getting us through this stressful situation. THANK YOU and your company who we will HIGHLY recommend. “I needed plumbing work done on my mom's house which is 60 years old. I called several plumbers including Plumb-Rite for an estimate.
The job was inclusive, there were 2 faucets to be replaced, main 4 inch cast iron stack changed to 4 inch PVC adapter, main house water shut off replaced, 3 inch hot water heater vent pipes changed to 4 inch vent pipes for safety plus to meet township code regulations, and snaking main sewer line which was running slow.

“Cleared drain line. Toilet and tub were clogged. we had two technicians. The first one communicated there would be a guarantee for the work because we were Having the camera look into the drain. The second technician three days later said there is no warranty unless we do a jetting which was ridiculously priced at over $4000 for two drains over $2000 for the one drain that was clogged. so communications was poor and contradictory. We also felt the overall price was exorbitant.“

“Mr. Vyas is go to person for all my electrical needs. He is very honest and price is very very fair. He charges exactly how much it is supposed to than the other companies who charges three to four times more than him. He gives valuable suggestions on how to do little fixes by ourself. “I recommend Ron Jon for both heating and A/C. We bought an older house and were aware of the limited life we had on the old systems. We started with the noisy clanking furnace after the first winter of uneven heat. We got three bids and decided to use Ron Jon for both their scheduling and pricing. Two summers later it was time to replace the A/C. Again, after three bids we used Ron Jon. On both occasions they were easy to schedule, prompt and efficient. The heating system has four zones which all work as designed and save energy as we have the coordinated thermostats shutting down parts of the house during times we do not use the rooms.
Both installations were done in one day each and the three-man crews were careful, clean and respectful. They do want you to use their annual service contract for inspection and maintenance for the warranty period so ask other bidders their policy if that concerns you.
I figure the contract is cheap insurance.“

“We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave.

Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler.

Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come.
