I had a maintenance check scheduled with Mark Henes and he was great. I followed him along the maintenance check, and asked him so many questions. “What do I do about the leaves inside the condenser?” , “What’s the acceptable range of amps for different components”, “ How can I tell if my Freon is low” .. etc.
He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. All my questions were answered and the explanations made sense. I feel good after the check up.
Mark was great. He had a clear understanding of where to start troubleshooting, What to look for and how to resolve it. Mark Was very knowledgeable and supported with best quality of service.
