We had a serious pest issue, and instead of just treating the symptoms, he took the time to really inspect everything and find the actual source of the problem. After doing a very detailed inspection, he found a tiny hole on the side of the house where they were getting in, sealed it up, and fixed the issue the right way.

My through-the-wall AC unit had basically become an open door for wasps (who clearly thought they paid the mortgage). AMA came in, installed mesh behind the unit, and sealed everything up perfectly—clean, secure, and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also added bonus, its not window mesh, its a metal mesh that allows airflow and wont ruin the unit’s compressor.

Quick, professional, and actually explained everything without making it complicated. Now I can relax without worrying about surprise flying guests.
